We’re always here for you
Our skincare line is available through our e-shop and selective stockists. We’re taking proactive steps to avoid disruptions to production, but you may find that occasionally some of our products are temporarily unavailable. You may also find that your order takes a little longer than usual to reach you.
Some of our delivery partners have changed the way they deliver our parcels to keep deliveries safe. They may leave your package in a safe place and signatures may no longer be required. This is to maintain social distancing and protect you and our delivery partners.
Safety comes first
We are continuously monitoring conditions where our products are manufactured. We ensure that any parties involved in the production and manufacture of our products are following local government regulations along with our normal safety protocol of working in a clean environment to ensure that our products are manufactured and shipped to you safely.
Our own employees in our clinic and those involved in Dermanda skincare are following government guidelines, working from home were possible and wearing appropriate PPE when interreacting with other staff and clients.
